Looking for the best Christmas Gift? Here it is!

reindeerSomeone got a brilliant idea for this Christmas season. Yes, someone thought of selling the ultimate gift this Christmas and posted it on Craigslist. What is this ultimate Christmas gift, you might ask? It’s no other than a baby reindeer! Yes, you read that right! Someone is selling a baby reindeer on Craigslist for an amazing price of $7,000! Probably Rudolph and Donner got too frisky and bored that it seems like out of nowhere, the baby reindeer was born!

Here’s the entire Craigslist ad. “I have for sale a Reindeer Calf. He is brown with buttons (no antlers yet, should have them grown in by mid-March). Rudolph is the stud and Donner is the mare. He is un-altered and would be great for breeding more reindeer because he is just so cute!! He is CKC registered and will only go to a loving home who will keep him indoors, where he belongs. I am asking $7,000. And that’s a steal for a reindeer. Hurry up, this deal won’t last long!!!

Now, to those who may be curious and dumbfounded, this is obviously a joke. Who would want to keep a baby reindeer indoors? And for the price of $7,000, you could buy a lot of reindeers already. Anyway, this Craigslist post is very unique and perfect for the Christmas season, don’t you think?

Falling in love the Craigslist way

It’s fun reading about lovers and how they met, right? This one will surely make your day. A couple shared their love story which started through an ad on Craigslist. No, it’s not an ad looking for love, but it was an ad for a roommate.

What started as a perfectly normal ad in search of a roommate bloomed into a wonderful romance. Corbett Campbell posted an ad back in 2003 looking for a roommate and Kristin Reed was able to spot his ad. She was in need of a change as her living situation is not so great. When she spotted the ad and saw the place, they both felt something but it’s not for the place. She invited him for a get together as she wasn’t much interested with the flat. And then, things started to look great for the two.

Corbett Campbell said that he would have blown it if he was allowed to convince her to move in. They started to date and it just bloomed. Now, the two are so much in love with each other but are not planning for any wedding in the future. Kristin said that planning a house and having kids would surely take over 20 years of their life and that should already be enough.

Mow the lawn and get a date

One girl posted an ad on Craigslist in search of a person to mow her lawn. She said that she has two things missing in her life now… a new love and a mowed lawn :) . So, she is looking for a guy who is willing to mow her lawn for a date with her.

The girl’s lawn is filled with weeds after the rain and she can’t mow her lawn herself and they don’t have a lawn mower. If a man is interested, then he can grab a date with her and she is emphasizing that she’s a 20 year old young lady who will go on a date with her lawn mower man and she’ll pay for it too.

She also added on her funny Craigslist ad that the lawn may be too much for one person to handle that he can bring a friend to help him out and he can date her roommate.

Some girls resort to desperate measures nowadays. For sure lots of Craigslist male visitors have replied to her ad.

Girlfriend hates Mustang… Forced to sell

There are lots of hilarious Craigslist posts if you are lucky enough to find some. Posts like this one are rare but every time you find one, you just can’t help but laugh.

The ad poster wrote about his girlfriend getting too tired of his mustang that he has to post a for sale ad on Craigslist.

The ad reads “1 nagging dream smashing man hater for sale”. Requesting for offers or just look in free section of Craigslist if his girlfriend kept up with her nagging.

If this is a result of a real girlfriend’s nag, just wonder what her reaction would be when she read the ad. Men are really obsessed with their cars that they can’t give it up even if their girlfriend’s would tell them to. They can’t get the same dream car but they can surely get a better girlfriend ;)

Want to be an astronaut? Check out this awesome Craigslist ad!

If you are one of the many visitors of Craigslist who are seeking for a job either part time or full time, then you may be curious about this job that was posted looking for an astronaut.

The thing is, you won’t be placed under NASA but under a man who said had been working on the project for nearly 40 years now. If ever interested, your task is to go on an experimental flight to Titan. The craft that will be used is a product of his professional experience as well as his imagination when he was still serving in the US military as a scientist. The most advanced material is used for the said craft.

Now that may interest a few of its readers now, since the craft is “this” good and they will have a chance to go to Titan. The thing is, there is a huge catch. It’s going to be a one way flight. The ad also adds that there won’t be enough fuel to go back to Earth but you’d be landing in Titan successfully. So, basically, the ad requires someone who doesn’t want to see our planet once again and just stay in Titan forever. If ever you’d really reach Titan, wherever that is.

It’s one hilarious ad that unfortunately (or fortunately) got numerous flags and had already been removed from Craigslist’s Calgary site :( . Nonetheless, it made many readers laugh and made their day.

A funny craigslist repeated ad selling “lion” and giraffe painting

There is this ad on craigslist for a painting of a giraffe and a tiger that is being sold for $30 then $35. The ad reads “lion and giraffe” painting when in fact it’s really a tiger and not a lion. The first ad is selling the painting for $30 that are said to be worth $300 and was bought last year. They are 3 feet long and 3 feet wide.

The painting is obviously that of a tiger and they are rectangular so it’s impossible to be 3 feet long and 3 feet wide. The second ad for the same paintings is now worth $35 and the poster adds that the painting is bought from Avon for $300. Now he said the dimension is 3 feet long and 2 feet wide.

The third ad for the “giraffe and lion pic” is still for $35 but he also added that the paintings are never used (but on the picture the paintings are posted on the wall) and that the dimension is 4 feet long and 3 feet wide.

Now, who would want to buy these lion and giraffe paintings? You have to look closely (or just a quick look) to notice that it’s actually a tiger and not a lion but the poster does not notice that and even posting 3 different ads still stating that it’s a lion!

The perfect gift Craigslist ad

There’s this funny Craigslist ad for a plant in a pot that will be in full bloom after 3 weeks and is worth $30! If you read the description you might get intrigued and may want to buy it, after all it’s only $30 for a pot that gives you a message from the universe. The post though is not at all intriguing as the poster also added a picture of what she was talking about. When you look at the pic, you’d realize how dumb you will be if you actually took the bait and bought 1 of those.

So what plant is on those pots? Potatoes. Yup, sweet potatoes that aren’t even worth much and you’ll get just 1 of that, placed in a pot, and sold for $30.00 plus $10.00 for delivery! Amazing, huh? What’s the only difference with these potatoes? Grand Nita puts a prayer inside each pot and that’s about it! She said it’s going to be an excellent gift to giveaway for friends. Now, who would want to receive a potato… in a pot?

Man tries to sell parents on Craigslist – Just a joke

To those who may have read his ad, you may have giggled or burst in laughter as this 51 year old man who is bored out of his wits decided to sell his parents for $155. Nope, not $300, not $200 but just $155 for the both of them. Just hoping that Michael Amatrudo’s parents found the ads funny or else it could get really awful for these 3 people.

Well, perhaps they won’t get mad at their 51 year old son for trying to sell them. After all, it’s just a joke and he didn’t make them look like bad parents but really great ones… He just wants a newer model of some hot and younger parents perhaps for a trade price of just $155.

Michael Amatrudo’s ad was posted as a poem stating that he got a lot of use of his parents for over 50 years and it is time for him to move on. He is willing to trade them for a hot blonde that is 10 years younger than him. As shocking as it may be but he got good responses too. No, they were not interested to buy his parents but they sent some remarks to him saying that having really great parents is very rare. Stating perhaps that he should be thankful for the kind and wonderful parents that he already have.

If you were Michael’s parents, would you get offended or would you start to laugh upon learning about the ad putting you for sale?

Best ad posted this week: In search of an actor to make kids cry

There is an ad posted on Craigslist in search of an actor who would take away their cocker spaniel and be the villain in this father’s life. His deceased aunt has left him and his 2 kids a cocker spaniel and the kids doesn’t want the dog to be given away. He doesn’t want the dog anymore and already found a decent home for it but what he needs now is somebody who would pretend to be a dog walker and would then transport the dog to its new home and come home and tell the kids that their dog named Skittles had broken free from its leash and took off. Of course with this kind of news, the kids would start crying and may even curse or throw things at the actor so the father wants the actor to be prepared for that scene.

What’s great about this job if ever you are interested is that it is worth $500 smackaroons! Yes, that’s $500 for a job that would take just around 2 hours. It’s a great experience for actors, the father said.
