For an ad like this, you may think some fat and ugly pervert posted this ad but no, it’s an ad posted by an eye surgeon trained from Harvard, Dr. Emil Chynn. He also emailed a 2,600-words rant talking about his neighbor’s property to half of the media in New York, and he even made an ice statue of his dog.
His ad is titled free studio on Park Avenue for Personal Assistant. You’ll get a free studio apartment which is located at the basement of his office building as long as you would be his personal assistant. You will be given an extra $10,000 if you find him a wife! What a great deal indeed.

I have known Emil for years as a personal friend. He is a wonderful person and goes out of his way for people. When you read this without knowing him it would certainly make you question him. Knowing him for about 15 years I get it. He may do things differently but his heart is in the right place. He only wants the best for others. He is a great friend and doctor.

all i had to do for this was:
1. walk and play with his adorable, famous dog, Hershey
2. pick up his drycleaning from across the street
3. wash, fold, and put away his laundry (washer in basement)
4. pick up groceries
5. cook once a week and let him eat my leftovers
6. walk on his back once a week as he has a still lower back
Dr. Chynn was extraordinarily professional, and never “put a move” on me. In fact, he was so charming and polite and kind, even helping connect me w some record producers for my nascent vocal career, that I VOLUNTARILY offered to set him up on a date w 1 of my friends, which i would NEVER DO if he were not a REALLY SWEET AND GREAT GUY!:)
the people who posted this ad, claiming it’s improper in some way, are idiots. probably they can’t imagine letting a young girl like myself live w them rent-free in xc for PA work, without turning it into something sortid–but that’s their problem, not mine, Dr. Chynn’s, or yours, right?:)
